• NEW: HALF HOUR VIDEO THERAPY - When you just need a check-in, debrief or less than a full session. PHONE OR VIDEO SESSIONS: By the HALF HOUR – $85 Flat Rate, 30 minutes, by appointment only. Availability is updated weekly - check back often.

• FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING - If you are unable to find a time that suits your schedule- EMAIL with your parameters and we’ll try our best to accommodate (subject to capacity).

• CANCELLATION POLICY - Late cancellations ( < 24hrs before the start) please EMAIL or TEXT. If recurring, these requests will be subject to a 20% admin fee.

• DISCHARGE PROCESS - After 10 consecutive weeks without an active session your online access may be disabled. Client files are suspended for an additional 10 - 12 days. EMAIL to book a session and online booking will be re-opened at your existing fee agreement. However, once a file has officially discharged, (near the 12 week mark with no active session or contact) - the existing fee agreement is void, and clients re-enter therapy at the latest session rate posted on the website.

• RETURNING CLIENTS - Pick up right where you left off ANYTIME with no Intake needed!. Just EMAIL or TEXT to confirm availability; complete some paperwork for re-entry, and confirm the returning fee agreement. (Latest rates posted on the website).

ABOUT WILLOW ROCK WELLNESS

We support adult professionals who are struggling with situational stress, mental health concerns, self esteem and trauma from abuse in high control groups, including religion. All people and mental health needs are unique and we are open to discuss a variety of life situations in a shame free, non judgemental space.

We use therapy interventions to empower you to care for your mental and emotional well being. We have a unique, relational style that is built on trust, understanding and safety. We always move at your pace with your defined goals in mind.

This is a Trans and LGBTQ+ positive space. We thrive with lived mental health and addiction experience.

THERAPIST & OWNER CREDENTIALS Registered Psychotherapist (RP) from the College of Registered Psychotherapy of Ontario (CRPO); Masters in Counselling Psychology (MACP); Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) Major in Marketing with a minor in Sociology & Gender Studies.

Nadine is formally trained in: Eye Movement Desentization & Reprocessing (EMDR); Internal Family Systems (IFS); Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT); Narrative Therapy (NT); Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE); Solution Focused Therapy (BSFT); and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).

MEMBERSHIPS: Clinical member of the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists (OSRP); the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association (CCPA); and the Religious Trauma Institute.
